SHIPPING POLICY

At TBT Love, we work with our trusted print-on-demand partner Printful to manufacture and ship your orders worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping terms, timeframes, and costs.

PROCESSING TIME

Physical Products (T-Shirts & Apparel):

  • Production time: 2-7 business days
  • Products are made-to-order after your purchase is confirmed
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)

Digital Products (Music, Downloads):

  • Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation
  • No shipping required

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times vary by destination and are calculated from the date your order ships (not the order date).

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
  • Express International: 3-10 business days (depending on destination)

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination country
    • Shipping method selected
    • Order weight and size
  • Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time (check our homepage for current offers)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs & Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by customs upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for specific requirements

Restricted Countries:

  • We ship to most countries worldwide through Printful
  • Some countries may have shipping restrictions or longer delivery times
  • If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your order using the tracking number provided
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Important:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order (before production begins)
  • Contact us immediately at tbtlovestore@gmail.com if you need to update your address

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
    1. Check with neighbors or building management
    2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
    3. Wait 2-3 business days (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
    4. Contact us if the package doesn't arrive within 3 business days

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:
    1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
    2. Contact us at tbtlovestore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
    3. Include your order number and photos
    4. We will send a replacement or issue a refund

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
    • Incorrect address provided by customer
    • Customer refused delivery
    • Package unclaimed at customs
  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus original shipping costs

MULTIPLE ITEMS

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different Printful facilities
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • This helps ensure faster delivery
  • Shipping costs account for all items in your order

DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or strikes
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Force majeure events

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

  • We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported
  • International PO Boxes may have restrictions depending on the carrier

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it
  • After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed
  • Contact us immediately at tbtlovestore@gmail.com for urgent modifications
