REFUND POLICY

At TBT Love, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund terms for physical and digital products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (T-Shirts & Apparel)
Our apparel products are manufactured on-demand by our printing partner Printful. We accept returns and offer refunds in the following cases:
Manufacturing or Printing Defects:
- Significant printing errors (wrong colors, blurry design, incomplete printing)
- Garment defects (broken seams, holes, stains)
- Wrong product shipped (incorrect size, color, or design)
Timeframe: You must notify us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Process:
- Send clear photos of the defective product to our support email
- Describe the problem in detail
- We will review your case within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
IMPORTANT - We do not accept returns for:
- Issues with the quality of the original image provided by the customer
- Minor differences in design placement (variations of 1-2 cm are normal in print-on-demand)
- Change of mind about the design after purchase
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preferences regarding fit or style
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Music, Downloads)
No Refund Policy: Due to the instant nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.
Exceptions:
- Corrupted or unopenable file: we will send a functional replacement
- Wrong digital product sent: we will send the correct product
- Technical issue preventing download: we will resolve the technical problem
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Product photos (if applicable)
- Problem description
Step 2: Wait for our response (2-3 business days)
Step 3: If approved:
- Replacement: We will send a new product at no additional cost
- Refund: We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
SHIPPING COSTS
- If the error is ours (defective or incorrect product): we cover all shipping costs
- If the error is the customer's (wrong size, change of mind): customer covers shipping costs
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- We do not accept returns on personalized products with customer-specific names or text
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs, except in cases of defective products
